New Ways to Learn,
New Ways to Achieve,
New Ways to Succeed.
Welcome to The New Ways Learning Centre - a warm, specialist environment where every learner is seen, heard, and supported to grow.
Personalised Support for Your Child
Welcome to The New Ways Learning Centre. We understand that no two children are the same, and their journeys through education are as unique as they are. After more than a decade of providing expert outreach services, we created a safe, neurodiverse‑affirming space where children can truly thrive - emotionally, socially, and academically.
Whether you're a parent looking for answers, a school seeking guidance, or a local authority exploring tailored support, you’re in the right place. At New Ways, we listen, we understand, and we act - with compassion and professional clarity.
Our Services
Tailored support to help every child thrive - whether that’s through one-to-one teaching, small group sessions, or specialist assessments for learning needs like dyslexia or ADHD. We work closely with learners, families, and schools to build skills, confidence, and connections across all key stages.
We’re here for the grown-ups too. From advice on managing learning and behaviour at home to early attachment and readiness skills, we support families with practical guidance and personalised sessions that make a real difference.
Every child deserves to feel safe, strong, and understood. Our therapeutic sessions and emotional regulation programmes create space for children to build resilience, express themselves, and thrive socially and emotionally.
We’re a small, dedicated team of educational professionals with a shared belief that every child deserves the chance to shine and make progress.
With a background in SEND education, our team includes specialist teachers, consultants, and learning support staff, all committed to building positive, supportive relationships with learners and their families.
At our purpose designed centre in the heart of Ashbourne, we offer morning and afternoon sessions that feel more like communities than classrooms - places where young people are encouraged, respected, and gently challenged to achieve their potential.
